Native Californians, Ken and Vicki raised their two daughters in Southern California .Often, since 1980,enjoying family getaways to the central coast beach areas, and ranch lands of Paso Robles.Falling in love with the simple slower pace life style, they decided to make  Paso Robles their home upon retiring. They would drive up on the weekends to visit friends, and look for the perfect home. The small town atmosphere of the down town area  seemed like the perfect place. Vicki, a self taught chef with a passion for healthy cooking and love for people, feels she is perfect for the Innkeeper life style. While Kenny is the “fix it” guy. They are both easy going, and take great pride in serving their guests.

Vicki is and Iron man finisher, and adventurer. She enjoys travel, backpacking, fishing, hiking ,entertaining, cooking, reading and gardening, playing with her grandkids. Kenny is one of the last good ole’ boys, hardworking, simple, loves fishing, camping, and travel; when Vicki plans it all out, and enjoys his ’65 Pontiac GTO.  Together they take their four grandkids on adventure every year. The kids are the loves of their lives.

Emily’s house is named for the 1st grand child, Emily Grace. The house is also named as the “Happy House” by the first owners, the Toevs family. There have always been good times here.  We hope, as you spend time here and explore the Central Coast region with all it has to offer, you too will fall in love with Paso Robles.

After twenty-five years of visiting our friends in Paso Robles, we finally decided to find a place to call home when we are ready to retire. We love this community and have always been comfortable here. We have made lots of fond memories in Paso, bringing our girls to play at Double Ringer Ranch, the Mid- State Fair, enjoying the wine country, and the many special events Paso has to offer.

We love sharing this lovely home with our children, our grandchildren, and you for many generations to come!

It is a wonderful retreat to come home to after a day of exploring the surroundings of Paso Robles and the Central Coast.
